Janice is our Lead Buyers Agent. With 25 years of experience in the medical and corporate sectors, she brings a unique skill set to her role as the lead Buyer’s Agent. Her expertise lies in advising clients through the intricacies of the home buying process, with a focus on staying informed about current market conditions. She handles negotiation logistics, connecting clients with vital resources, and leveraging her background in high-stress situations to ensure a smooth journey. Her commitment to serving others is the cornerstone of her approach, dedicated to negotiating optimal outcomes for her clients.
Olivia is our Buyers Agent who devotes herself primarily to buyers as an advisor during the home buying process. She will help you understand the current market conditions to ensure you are paying the fair price. Her passion for services specializes in the Central Valley. As a Buyers Agent, her purpose is to provide clients with help & support while finding the perfect home, up to the close of escrow. She handles the logistics of your negotiation while connecting customer service, regional sales and management experience.
Lisa is our administrative assistant that contributes to establishing a positive client relationship throughout the entire buying and selling experience. She handles the daily office duties and tasks. Her role involves providing administrative support including managing client databases, creating and updating client files, invoicing, outgoing payments, and organizing the office to ensure the highest level of efficiency.
Theresa is our transaction coordinator and she manages all documents from contract to close. Her goal is to ensure that our transactions are processed at the highest level of care by communicating with all parties, assisting the agents in gathering paperwork, following up with escrow/title and making sure our clients stay informed. Her background is extensive and includes processing of short sales as well as traditional sales, buyer and seller transactions, HUDs, and REO properties.
Kayla is our marketing specialist with her degree in Journalism with Strategic Communications from the University of Nevada, Reno. She specialized in social media marketing, newsletter campaigns, maintaining our client databases, and other administrative functions. Her responsibility is actively working to create new marketing systems and strategies in order to maximize return on investment for all parties.
